Before joining Uman Partners, Patrick has been working during 15 years in Europe, US and Middle East, across different industries (B2B and B2C) and functional domains (HR, Sales & Marketing, Fraud and Risk, Operations and Supply Chain, R&D, Robots, etc.). Patrick has created and developed analytical teams to consult executives in their data-centric transformation as well as innovation projects.

Patrick now uses his skills and expertise to identify, attract and convince data talents to join the best opportuntities in the market. He covers a large number of positions (Chief Data Officer, Senior Data Scientist, Senior Cloud Architect, etc.) and functions which are increasingly data-driven (Marketing, Customer, R&D, Digital, Risk, etc.).

Patrick is multi-lingual (German, English, French, Dutch) and is working out of our offices in Brussels and Francfort for (global) searches with a particular focus on Benelux and DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Patrick is based in Brussels and Frankfurt.

In 2017, driven by her desire to move into general management consulting, Alexia finally crossed paths with a major international recruitment firm and transitioned to a role that combines consulting and human resources. Alexia then focused on Tech & Digital positions across a wide range of industries (pure players, software publishers, traditional corporates, scale-ups). Today, she stands out for her expertise in senior technical profiles (Data, AI, IT) as well as general business, product, and digital positions. Over the past seven years, she has developed a strong network of talents and decision-makers.

In 2025, Alexia joined Uman Partners to further specialize and manage high-level  and senior mandates for lareg corporates, rapidly growing unicorns, and mid-sized companies eager to accelerate their Data and (Gen)AI transformations.

For his experience and insights, he is solicited to recruit Chiefs Data | AI | Analytics Officers, Heads of Data Governance | Engineering | Platforms | Strategy | Factory and all other Data | AI | Digital | Cyber Directors. 

Besides Executive functions, he also recruits all dedicated Expertise functions in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, GenAI, RPA, Operational Research, DataOps, etc. As well as business functions notoriously transformed by Data, AI and Gen’AI (in IT, Risk, CRM, etc.).

Engaged with large French Corporates, he regularly operates in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Social Protection, Fintech, Insurtech), Lifescience, FMCG, Media, Communication and Consulting; occasionally in Industries and Retail.

Sébastien is based in Paris.

Business effiScience (now HyperCube @BearingPoint) carried out work in all areas of the economy and emerging AI use-cases. Benoît himself fulfilled numerous commitments, especially in the Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer and Distribution sectors.

He now mixes his experience in recruiting and expertise in Data Science / Machine Learning, AI and Big Data to conduct search and assessment assignments on Executives, emerging or expert Managers in the Consulting, Technology, Distribution and Consumer industries, Financial Services and Manufacturing. He covers a wide range of positions (Chief Data & AI Officer, Head of AI factory, Head of Data & AI Platform, Head of Governance, “CIO-Data”, etc.) and data-driven business functions (Industry 4.0, Digital Supply Chain, Sustainable Operations, Marketing, Risk, etc). 

Benoît is based in Paris.

Guillaume analytics journey began at SAS Institute in France and later in Spain, where he served as a predictive modeling expert, leading and delivering in multiple countries (EMEA & LATAM) advanced analytics projects. He then successively joined KPMG and Accenture, where he directed consulting projects focused on analytics strategy, ML/AI program implementations, data monetization, and governance for various industries. 

In his last role before joining Uman Partners, Guillaume launched the Business Analytics Practice for Zurich Digital Spain, from organization and strategy to the implementation of data products and best practices in data management.His deep industry knowledge and extensive network make Guillaume a trusted partner in identifying top-tier talent for data leadership positions. Guillaume excels in bridging the gap between technical proficiency and strategic leadership, ensuring the perfect fit for both candidates and organizations.

Guillaume is based in Madrid.

Florent began his career at EDF, where he spent 9 years leading major engineering projects.

He then joined Decathlon as a Data Scientist, specializing in sales forecasting and pricing models, before founding and leading several cutting-edge teams in these areas. Amid an inflationary crisis, the executive committee entrusted him with leading an accelerated transformation program in 5 countries, conducted with McKinsey. In less than 6 months, this program deployed advanced practices in pricing, data, and AI, securing the group’s margin.

He then joined Foodles (a FrenchTech Next 120 scale-up), where he took charge of Data and AI. In two years, Florent built a team that transformed the company’s key processes. These advancements became a major competitive advantage. He also initiated Foodles’ transition into the era of GenAI.

His mastery of the strategic challenges of Data and AI, combined with his transformation experience, makes Florent a key expert in transition and interim management. His approach combines business vision, technical expertise, and leadership, and his established network of executives and experts allows him to identify the best profiles to lead high-impact transition missions, ensuring optimal alignment between talents and organizations.
