Personal data received via the site’s contact form are only recorded in the Uman Partners database if there has been telephone contact between a Uman Partners consultant and the person who sent the data, and with that person’s explicit approval. The legal basis for processing Personal Data is the legitimate interest of Uman Partners Holding in developing its database of profiles in accordance with its social provision and recruitment activity.

Personal Data is collected solely for the purpose of assessing the suitability of Talents for a position or assignment and to provide you with offers tailored to their profiles.

Personal Data is only used by authorised personnel in charge of managing applications and may be communicated, subject to the consent of the person concerned, to companies likely to be interested in his/her application. This communication may or may not include names.
