Uman Partners presents a shortlist of candidates
  • We will provide you with a comprehensive report describing the candidate’s professional background, which is complementary to the resume. This report will also include information on the candidate’s motivation, current and desired remuneration, and recommendations for future interviews.
  • If required, just before a proposal is made to a candidate, Uman Partners takes references from people whom the candidate has authorized us (in writing) to contact.
  • Uman Partners provides very active assistance in organizing interviews between the selected candidates and you, in order to maximize the speed and candidate experience, a key factor in the success of the assignment.
You make an offer to a candidate
  • We support the candidate through the process of accepting the offer, advising you on remuneration, and informing you of the factors likely to influence his/her decision.
We follow up on the candidate’s integration
  • Uman Partners’ mission continues as the candidate takes up his or her new position. We continue to act as mediators between the new employee and his/her new n+1, shareholder or board of directors.
  • We monitor the integration of the candidate recruited in order to validate his/her integration. Our aim is to identify any risk factors that may exist, and to help address them together.
