Personal data received via the site’s contact form are only recorded in the Uman Partners database if there has been telephone contact between a Uman Partners consultant and the person who sent the data, and with that person’s explicit approval. Otherwise no information is kept. The data that may be stored are mainly identification and professional data as entered in the contact form and on the CV and any other files that may be attached.

Any Personal Data that may be recorded is collected and processed in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) and European Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”).
The legal basis for processing Personal Data is the legitimate interest of Uman Partners Holding in developing its database of profiles in accordance with its social provision and recruitment activity.
Personal Data is collected solely for the purpose of assessing the suitability of Talents for a position or assignment and to provide you with offers tailored to their profiles.
Personal Data is only used by authorised personnel in charge of managing applications and may be communicated, subject to the consent of the person concerned, to companies likely to be interested in his/her application. This communication may or may not include names.

– Exercise a right of access, in order to know the Personal Data concerning you as well as the information mentioned in article 15 of the RGPD and the results of any recruitment aid methods and techniques that may have been used with regard to you;
– Request that any Personal Data concerning you that is inaccurate or incomplete be rectified in accordance with the conditions set out in article 16 of the GDPR;
– Request that Personal Data concerning you be deleted under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR;
– Request that your Personal Data be restricted in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR;
– lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
